Marissa Sullivan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and workforce management. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Alsym Energy since September 2021, Marissa contributes to the development of innovative rechargeable battery technology aimed at promoting a zero-carbon future. Prior to this role, Marissa worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at TRIAD Engineering Corp from June 2013 to September 2021, specializing in matching engineers and technical professionals with employment opportunities. Marissa began their career as a Product Development and Product Testing Intern at Converse Inc in 2010, gaining hands-on experience in product lifecycle stages.
