Jessica Duarte has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Senior Talent Management at Alstra Technologies since February 2022. In this role, Jessica focuses on building strong partnerships with hiring managers and clients to understand business needs and successfully fill positions through a data-driven process. Previously, Jessica worked as a Tech Recruiter and Customer Success specialist, handling complex global recruitment. At ASW BRASIL, from August 2020 to October 2021, Jessica coordinated the entire HR department, managing conflicts, recruitment, payroll, and labor-related support. Jessica's career began at Della Natural Comercio de Hortifruti as an HR Analyst, overseeing recruitment, training, and safety compliance. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Faculdade Santa Lúcia, Jessica also holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER.
