With a background that includes positions at Azteca Enterprises, Inc. and AIMCO, Paula has developed strong skills in contract administration, compliance, and financial analysis across various construction projects. Education includes ongoing studies toward a Bachelor of Business Administration at Dallas College, along with prior studies at Northern Virginia Community College and high school education.
