Mauricio Rojas Petersen is a legal professional with extensive experience as an Abogado, currently serving at Alster since June 2023. Previously, Mauricio provided independent legal consultancy in corporate, labor, contract, and negotiation matters at Servicios Legales Limitada, Socialab, and iF Chile from October 2017 to June 2023. Additionally, Mauricio offered legal advice at 1ko from September 2021 to October 2022, covering corporate, labor, intellectual property, contract, and negotiation areas. Mauricio holds a Licenciatura en Ciencias Jurídicas, Derecho from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, a Diplomado in Propiedad Intelectual from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and is pursuing a Master of Laws - LLM in Derecho de los Negocios at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, expected to complete in December 2023.
