Reena Emmanuel has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Reena most recently served as the Head of Human Resources at M. H. Alshaya Co. starting in April 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at Napier Healthcare Solutions from May 2019 to April 2020. Reena also held leadership roles at MEDGENOME as the Director & Head HR from November 2016 to December 2018, AstraZeneca as the Lead Capability & Development from May 2014 to October 2016, and Novozymes as the Manager People and Organisation from August 2009 to May 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked at Wipro Limited as the Manager Talent Engagement and Development from April 2006 to August 2009, Sapient Corporation as a Senior Associate Facilitator from May 2003 to April 2006, and GE Aviation as a Process Trainer from July 2000 to April 2003.

Reena Emmanuel's education history includes a Certified Director program from the Institute of Directors in 2018, CLDM and CODA certifications from Carlton Advanced Management Institute in 2009-2010, an MBA in HR from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2007-2009, and a B.E in Computer Science from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya in 1995-1999. Additionally, Reena obtained a Practitioner certification in Richard Bandler's NLP from The Society for Neuro Linguistic Programming. Reena also holds additional certifications in Learning Agility from Kornferry via Edge in 2016 and SHL OPQ32i from SHL in 2012.
