Kishore Kumar P is an accomplished Technical Project Manager and Team Lead at Alshaya Group since December 2017, overseeing a team of 52 members and ensuring timely resolution of technical tickets. Prior to this role, Kishore served as Assistant Manager - NOC at Convergent Communications, where responsibilities included managing NOC operations and enhancing service quality. At NTT DATA Americas, Kishore held the position of Network Operations Principal, leading a NOC team for a financial client, while at Dimension Data, the role of Network Engineer involved managing incident response and customer communication. Earlier experience includes providing technical support for MAC products at Aditya Birla Minacs.
