Mayra Camacho Serrano has extensive experience in real estate and strategic development, currently serving as the Concessions and Strategic Development Manager at Alsea since May 2016. In this role, Mayra strengthens corporate real estate relationships with major lessors and enhances synergies across Alsea brands through effective negotiations. Prior to this position, Mayra held the role of Gerente Nuevos Negocios at VIPS, overseeing business portfolios, negotiations, and contract renewals. Mayra's earlier experience includes managing real estate for AutoZone de México and working as a Real Estate Specialist at Walmart, focusing on contractual compliance and negotiations. Mayra holds a Diplomado in Transformational Leadership from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a certification in Real Estate from Real Estate Academy, and a Master's degree in Valuación Inmobiliaria e Industrial from Instituto Tecnologico de la Construccion.
