Ahmed Elsheikh has extensive experience in service and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Service and Operations and previously as the Head of Sales Distribution & After Sales at AlSafy Group since January 2021. Prior experience at Raya Trade from October 2011 to December 2020 includes roles as Head of Aftersales, Aftersales Supervisor, and Maintenance Team Leader, as well as a position as Senior Maintenance Engineer. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Minufiya University, completed in 2011.
