Peter Karakchiev has extensive experience in international relations and project management, currently serving as the Head of the International Industry Relations Department at PJSC "ALROSA" since April 2013, also holding the title of Head of the External Relations Section. Previously, Peter worked as the Head of Projects at Sea Sotra (London) Limited from September 2008 to April 2013 and led the Moscow representation office for “Ostinvest Logistics GmbH” from February 2006 to August 2008. Additionally, Peter served as Director General’s Counsel at OJSC "Diamond World" from September 2003 to August 2004. Academically, Peter holds a Master of Arts in European Studies and a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science and Government from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
