Matthew Hughes has extensive experience in training and development, primarily with ALPLA Group, where a variety of roles have been held since December 2007, including Training and Development Manager and Technical Training Manager. Prior to ALPLA, Matthew served as a Maintenance Technician and Cell Leader at Plastipak Packaging, Inc. and gained managerial experience as General Manager of WWSU 106.9 FM during a tenure at Wright State University. Early career includes a part-time position as a Stock Materials Handler with American Honda Motor Company. Matthew's education includes an AAB in Multimedia from The University of Arizona Global Campus, as well as studies at Wright State University, Sinclair Community College, and Edison State Community College.
