Paula del Castillo Cabanas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Country Manager at Alpiq since April 2023 and Head of Major Projects and M&A for Energy Solutions International at ENGIE since September 2021, Paula has a strong background at ENGIE Espa帽a, where from January 2008 to March 2023, roles included Directora de Estrategia, Desarrollo de Negocio e Innovaci贸n, Directora de Operaci贸n de Negocio, and Head of Optimization. Prior to ENGIE, Paula held positions such as Back Office Manager at Electrabel ESPA脩A and Consultant at Soluziona Consulting within the Uni贸n Fenosa Group, and started a career as an Ingeniera Dise帽o at Alstom Transport.
