Dirk D. Kubisch, EMBA, CFA, CAIA, serves as the Head of Process Excellence at Alpiq, focusing on enhancing business process effectiveness and resilience since December 2021. Previously, Dirk held various senior roles at GAM from October 2009 to September 2021, including Chief Operating Officer for Sales & Distribution, where leadership spanned teams across London, Singapore, and Switzerland, driving sales operations and strategic initiatives. Dirk's prior experiences also include being a Global Commercial Director, Head of Global Product Marketing, and Head of Product & RfP Specialists at GAM, along with roles at Julius Baer and Weiler & Eberhardt Depotverwaltung, contributing to investment advisory and research. Dirk completed an Executive MBA with Honours at IMD and possesses a foundation in banking through apprenticeships and qualifications.
