Rachel Elias Wein

Rachel Elias Wein is an Independent Director at Alpine and has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to their current role, Wein served as an Advisory Board Member and Shareholder at Ravti, a Building Engines Company. Wein was responsible for advising the company on business strategy, growth, and scale prior to their successful acquisition by Building Engines.

Wein also has experience working as a Development Executive at The Sembler Company, where they were responsible for shopping center developments throughout the Southeastern U.S. that were primarily anchored by Target and Publix Super Markets. In addition, Wein worked as a Senior Associate for Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Advisory Services, counseling clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital programs nation-wide.

Wein holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Rachel Elias Wein has a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, a Master of Architecture (MArch) from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida. Rachel is certified from the State of Florida as a Licensed Architect.
