David Phillips has a robust background in board governance and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving on the Advisory Board of Alpine Building Maintenance since July 2023, David is also a Partner at Yellow Point Equity Partners since June 2011. Additionally, David holds multiple board director positions, including Canadian Appliance Source, Cast Steel Products, Natures Emporium LP, and previously, Foley's Candies Ltd. and North Shore Community Foundation. David has been involved in the capacity of Board Observer at Edo Japan since September 2015 and has experience as a Board Director at GI Society. David holds a JD/MBA in Law and Finance from The University of British Columbia, complemented by a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Economics from McGill University.
