Shivi Arora is an accomplished professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Director of ASIC IP Solutions at Alphawave Semi since September 2022. Prior to this role, Shivi held various positions at Open-Silicon, Inc. from April 2013 to September 2022, including Director of ASIC IP Solutions and Senior Manager of IP Applications, managing the procurement and integration of ASIC IPs and overseeing cross-functional teams. Shivi's career began as a Staff Engineer, managing end-to-end design flows, and continued as a Senior CAD Engineer at Marfic Technologies. Shivi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, completed in 2008.
