Vidya Mohan has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and IT recruitment. Vidya started their career in 2013 as an IT Recruiter at Great Consultancy, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Vidya served as an HR Executive at SunSmart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Vidya then moved on to Pranas Technologies - A Leader In Travel Technology in 2018, where they worked as an HR professional. Currently, they are employed at Alpharithm Technologies Limited, holding a position in the HR department since 2021.

Vidya Mohan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the field of MBA from the University of Madras. This educational journey lasted from 2016 to 2018.
