From 2017-2019, they worked for SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management as a Sales & Booking Coordinator and Office Administrator. From 2016-2017, they worked for Fish Window Cleaning as an Office Administrator.

Nikki Riker received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Shawnee Mission East High School from 2003 to 2007.
