Diana Betsinger is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a strong background in employee development and staffing strategies. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at AlphaBEST Education, Inc. since October 2021, Diana previously held the position of District Human Resource Generalist at Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC from December 2019 to October 2021. Before this, Diana spent over eleven years as a Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement, where responsibilities included partnering with store management to enhance employee training, development, and staffing plans in a seasonally driven environment. Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from PennWest California.
