Robert Rose is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in managing teams and tracking performance metrics. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance at Alpha Warranty Services since February 2018, Robert previously held multiple positions at Conduent from November 2009 to February 2018, advancing from Customer Service Representative to Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, Robert managed a team of over 18 Quality Analysts, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and overseeing performance reviews. Prior experience includes monitoring customer service representatives and attending calibration meetings for quality improvement discussions. Robert graduated from Hillcrest High School in 2007.
