James Hsu currently serves as a Senior Process Integration Engineer at TSMC, having joined in August 2024. Prior to this role, James was a Senior Etch Process Engineer at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor from September 2017, where significant contributions included enhancing yield for various semiconductor processes and developing advanced etching techniques. James began the career at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor as an intern in multiple departments, gaining experience in photolithography, etching, and thin film processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Sciences from the University of Toronto and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Portland State University.
