Maxime Junak is a Senior Associate at Alpha Leonis Partners AG since August 2020, specializing in private equity direct and co-investments with a focus on software and business services, as well as venture capital investments in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning start-ups. Prior experience includes roles as Associate and Analyst at the same firm, in addition to being an Investor in multiple companies, including Visma, Duck Creek Technologies, Vaccumschmelze, Celonis, and bolttech. Maxime's background also includes serving as a Board Observer at Kao Data and working as a Consultant at PwC Switzerland. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance and Economics from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Taxes, and Finance from the same institution, supplemented by an educational experience at San Diego State University.
