Shenique Williams is an experienced program manager currently at Alpha Development since January 2022, with a background in knowledge and competence at RICS from September 2017 to January 2022. In the role of Knowledge & Competence Executive, Shenique supported curriculum design and delivery, engaging with stakeholders and coordinating implementation processes. Previous positions at RICS included Product Manager – Real Estate (Interim), Training Operations Specialist, and Training Operations Coordinator, where Shenique managed a portfolio of training courses and maintained positive relationships with training venues. Earlier experience includes working at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers as a Learning and Development Operations Executive and previous roles in healthcare as a receptionist and care coordinator.
