Marc Harris is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations, technology, and transformation across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Operating Officer at Alpha Bank London since October 2022, Marc has previously held key roles such as Interim Head of COO Office at Hargreaves Lansdown and Interim Director of Transformation at Close Brothers. Notably, Marc served as Chief Operating Officer at ThinCats / ESF Capital, overseeing multiple operational functions and driving digital transformation initiatives. With a diverse career spanning leadership positions at Octopus Investments, Fidelity Worldwide Investment, and Fidelity Investments, Marc has developed expertise in investment management operations, organizational design, and strategic implementation.
