Carlos Herrera is a Senior Consultant at Slalom, overseeing the CRM Platform Modernization Strategy for Sales Ops in a Fortune 50 Telecommunications company. Previously, Carlos held significant roles at Accenture, including Regional Deployment Lead for Salesforce Global Deployment and Hispanic American ERG Lead, where leadership encompassed strategic oversight of a large community and project management for a major global implementation. Additionally, Carlos has experience in chemical engineering, serving as a Chemical Process Engineer at The Lubrizol Corporation and conducting research in hydrogen fuel cells. Carlos is also active in professional organizations, currently serving on the Corporate Relations Board for the ALPFA Philadelphia Chapter and has a background in leadership and project execution from prior roles, including as a Military Police in the US Army. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
