Luis Cisneros is an experienced professional in procurement and education, currently serving as the Strategic Procurement Head at Alpek since March 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the procurement strategy for PTA raw materials, specifically Paraxylene and Acetic Acid. Prior roles at Alpek included Strategic Procurement Supervisor and Procurement Planning Supervisor, focusing on market intelligence, vendor profiling, and data analysis. In addition to procurement expertise, Luis has a background in education as a Physics Teacher at Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with internship experiences at Air Liquide, Auric Consulting, and Nemak, where contributions ranged from inventory management to project implementation. Luis holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has completed studies at the University of Ljubljana.
