Przemyslaw (Phil) Noga serves as the Director of Safety at ALPA Construction since 2014, overseeing nationwide construction sites to ensure compliance with safety procedures and equipment prior to ground-breaking. Responsibilities include conducting safety walkthroughs, verifying adherence to safety standards with Superintendents, and managing quality control during final project stages. Previously, Noga held the position of Project Engineer at ALPA Construction, focusing on bids, contracts, and client support through RFIs. Earlier experience includes working as a Delivery Driver at Doctor’s Laundry Service from 2009 to 2014, coordinating the logistics of medical garment pickups and drop-offs. Noga holds two Associate degrees in Fire Science from Triton College.
