Naveen KVR is an experienced professional in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as Business Head - Recruitment (Services) at Alp Consulting Ltd. since April 2016, with a progression of roles including Head of Operations and Practice Lead. Prior to this, Naveen held positions at Cyient and IBM, where responsibilities included RPO Enablement Lead and Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, respectively.
