Currently serving as Director of Disaster Recovery and Capacity Management at Alorica since June 2022, Sanjana has held senior leadership roles across various organizations, including Cognizant and Credit Suisse, where responsibilities included global business resilience and leading BCP programs across multiple locations in India. Sanjana's expertise extends to strategic management of capacity and continuity across sectors, with prior positions at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Vodafone Shared Services, and SunGard, focusing on the implementation of resilient frameworks and compliance with industry standards.
