Randy Maharaj is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global compensation, benefits, and HR operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Rewards, Talent, and Employee Operations at Alorica since September 2021, Randy has also held key consulting roles focusing on compensation frameworks for organizations such as AppHarvest and SalesLoft. Previous positions include Senior Director of Global Compensation at Levi Strauss & Co., Director of Compensation at The Coca-Cola Company, and HR Operations Director at Intellectual Ventures, among others. Randy's career is marked by implementing innovative compensation strategies, leading transformative HR initiatives, and managing complex compensation programs for large workforces across various industries. Randy holds a BCom in Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
