Hristo Iliev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and project management. Currently serving as Team Lead and Reporting Specialist at Plus500â„¢ since July 2016, Hristo previously co-founded and managed operations for Spasi Sofia while directing Spasi Bulgaria Foundation from April 2016 to April 2023, focusing on NGO management, project leadership, and financial responsibilities. Earlier roles include stand-in Team Lead at Concentrix and Customer Service Representative positions at Sofica Group and IBM Global Process Services. Hristo possesses expertise in people management, performance management, and has a strong background in working with Spanish clients.
