V. Ramachandran (DIN: 02032853) is a Commerce graduate from the Bharathiar University and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He has over 25 years of work experience in audit, accounting, finance, taxation and corporate law functions across various sectors such as manufacturing, telecommunications, technology and infrastructure. He has been associated with the Reliance group since 2004.
