Liza Heid is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Operations at Alo Yoga since March 2021, Liza has previously held significant roles at URBN, including Recruiting Manager and Senior Recruiter, from December 2015 to March 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Delphic Digital and positions at David Yurman and various roles within the URBN family. Liza began their career as a Legal Assistant at Anapol Schwartz. Liza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Development and Applied Economics and Public Communication from the University of Vermont.
