Reem Faour is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, management, and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Manager at ALMED RETAIL since April 2021, Reem is responsible for articulating HR policies, leading HR activities, overseeing manpower planning, and enhancing the company's brand as an "Employer of Choice." Prior roles include Talent Acquisition & Development Manager at IFSC GROUP, where recruitment strategies for multiple regions were developed, and HR & Admin Manager at Compass Logistics International, managing HR functions across several countries. Reem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the American University of Beirut and is a Certified Human Resource Professional.
