Rafael Noble is an experienced senior coiled tubing operator with over 15 years in the oil and gas industry. Currently employed at AlMansoori Specialized Engineering since September 2014, Rafael has previously held senior roles at SANJEL INTERNATIONAL SAUDI ARABIA LIMITED and Baker Hughes International, focusing on offshore coiled tubing operations and servicing. Rafael began the career at NPS - National Petroleum Services, where significant expertise was developed. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Manila, completed between 1990 and 1995, along with a high school diploma from Pasay City East High School.
