Maxim Metelsky began their career in 2011 as a Junior Software Engineer at i20.biz. In 2012, they moved to AbvInformatic as a Software Engineer. In 2013, they joined GlavWeb as a Software Engineer. In 2014, they became the Development Team Lead at Almalence, where they developed an SDK combining power efficiency and low latency with a flexibility to integrate into Android HAL. Maxim completed several product integration projects, adjusting the SDK and image processing algorithms to the customers' needs and issues in the chipsets and third party software, achieving the best possible quality given camera hardware capabilities and the quality target set by the customers and third parties (DxOMark). Maxim also analyzed and fixed the flaws in customer's and third party code, both off-site and on-site in a multinational environment.
Maxim Metelsky obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) between 2009 and 2014. In 2017, they additionally obtained a Udacity Deep Learning Nanodegree Foundation certification from Udacity.
