Travis Dodge has a diverse work experience in various industries. Travis started their career as an Aircraft Painter in the United States Air Force, where they gained expertise in applying protective coatings to aircraft parts. Travis then worked as an Armed/Unarmed Security personnel, providing security services to high-profile clients and events. Travis also served as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, specializing in recruiting technology professionals. Travis later joined the United States Marine Corps as an NCO Engineer Squad Leader, where they demonstrated leadership skills and led teams in planning missions. Travis continued to enhance their leadership abilities as an Account Manager at Hilti Group. Travis further expanded their skillset by working as a Technical Training Coordinator at Michigan CAT, where they instructed and designed courses on heavy equipment technology. Most recently, they worked as a Major Account Executive at CareerBuilder, handling major accounts. Currently, Travis holds the position of Territory Manager at Alma Lasers North America. Throughout their career, Travis has demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and technical skills.

Travis Dodge completed a program in Construction/Heavy Equipment/Earthmoving Equipment Operation at the Engineer Equipment School in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri in 2014. Travis obtained a MOS 1345 Heavy Equipment Operator degree during this time. In 2015, Travis also obtained certification as a Professional Fitness Trainer from the National Health and Exercise Science Association (NHESA).
