Pei Chia Liu's earlier roles at Ally Logistic Property involved optimizing warehouse productivity and managing cross-functional projects. Pei Chia Liu's career began at Urbanet Group as an urban planning consultant, focusing on data analysis and transportation strategy planning. Pei Chia Liu earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from National Cheng Kung University.
