Kevin Nolen has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. Kevin began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at USS-Posco Industries in 2006 and 2007. Kevin then moved on to Alluxa, Inc, where they held various roles including Mechanical Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Director of Manufacturing Operations. Since October 2019, Kevin has been serving as the Director of Engineering at Alluxa, Inc. Overall, Kevin has developed a strong background and expertise in engineering, particularly in mechanical and manufacturing operations.

Kevin Nolen began their education in 2002 at Santa Rosa Junior College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Kevin completed this program in 2004. Following this, they enrolled at California State University, Chico in 2004 and received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2006.

Additionally, Kevin obtained certification in the Fundamentals of Engineering from NCEES in 2006. Exact month of obtaining this certification is unavailable.
