Currently serving as General Counsel and CHRO LATAM at Alltech since August 2018, Fabiano has held significant positions including Head of Legal and Compliance Latin America at Samsung SDS, Legal Manager at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, and various legal roles at ADP, Accenture, Unisys, Bunge Brasil, LafargeHolcim Brasil, and Alpargatas S.A. Fabiano's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in People Management from MBA USP/Esalq and multiple post-graduate degrees in Civil Law and Labor Law, along with a degree in Law from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
