Donald Whitfield is a seasoned Sales Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently employed at Allstream since March 2017, Donald specializes in designing hosted Mitel services, ELAN/ELINE, MPLS, SIP, and Internet services. Previously, at Electric Lightwave, Donald served as a Premier Sales Engineer, focusing on customer Fiber systems and Ethernet services. With a long tenure at Integra as Sales Engineer III, Donald has consulted on various network solutions, including Hosted Voice and Cloud Security. Earlier roles included managerial and engineering positions at XO Communications and Promark One, where Donald oversaw telecommunications operations and analysis. Education was pursued at Wayland Baptist University between 1990 and 1991.
