Tom Calenda is an experienced quality assurance and claims process expert with a career at Allstate spanning over two decades. Since 2017, Tom has served as a Quality Assurance Lead Consultant and Quality Assurance Manager, managing a team of Damage Evaluators to ensure quality estimating for vehicles. Tom's expertise in overseeing estimating practices, training, and process compliance has been developed through various roles within Allstate, including Claims Process Expert and Front Line Performance Leader. Tom's extensive background in auto claims, starting as a Damage Evaluator and Auto Claims Adjustor, underscores a deep understanding of the insurance industry's quality assurance and claims processes. Currently, Tom is in a retired status since November 2021.
