Tina Paiva, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational talent within Allstate. Since April 2011, Tina has served as the Director of the Organizational Talent Advisor Team for PL Sales & Distribution and has also held the role of Human Resource Business Partner, supporting the sales and distribution organization with strategic human capital initiatives. Previously, Tina worked as a Sales Support Leader in the Florida Region, facilitating strategic implementations and enhancing operational efficiency, and as the Regional Human Resource Business Partner for the Southeast Region, overseeing human resource strategies for over 1,800 employees. Tina's career with Allstate began in 1989, where Tina worked in various human resource roles across the sales and claims divisions. Tina holds a BS in Merchandising and Marketing from Texas Woman's University and graduated from Moanalua High School.
