Kolby Sykes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and automotive industries. Currently serving as Agency Owner at Allstate since December 2016 and Chief Executive Officer of Sykes Agency LLC since July 2022, Kolby leads a prominent property and casualty insurance provider in Texas. Prior roles include Car Dealer at Ray Sykes Motor Cars from January 2005 to July 2022, and various positions in hospitality, including Bartender and Manager at Outback Steakhouse and Bartender at MCM Elegante Hotel and Suites. Kolby began the professional journey as a Marketing and Advertising Intern at Allstate in 2014 and founded SYKESPROMO.COM to enhance brand awareness and online visibility.
