Jane Krout is a seasoned accounting professional with over 35 years of experience in financial reporting and management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Allstate since May 2002, Jane oversees accounting and reporting for complex assets, ensuring compliance with GAAP, statutory, and pension plan requirements. Previously, Jane held the role of Accounting Division Manager at Allstate, focusing on statutory and tax investment reporting. Jane’s career began at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Accountant, with subsequent positions at Kemper Financial Services and First Penn Pacific Life Insurance Company, where expertise was developed in operational reporting and analysis. Jane holds an MBA in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
