Alvaro Duarte has over a decade of experience at Allstate, currently serving as a Frontline Performance Leader since September 2010. In previous roles, Alvaro has held positions as a Team Lead and Diversity Trainer, as well as Multicultural Lead and Customer Experience Lead in November 2009. Prior experience includes working as a NEXTGEN Trainer and Liability Consultant at Allstate Insurance from 2007 to 2008. Alvaro holds a degree in Human Resources from Our Lady of the Lake University.
