Monica Fox, CHRL, PMP, is an experienced HR leader with a robust background in learning, development, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Learning, Development and Culture at Allstate Canada since September 2018, Monica drives strategic HR initiatives and partners with global organizations to enhance competency and leadership training. Previous roles include Senior HR Manager at Allstate, where Monica led large-scale change efforts, and Head of HR at Brookfield Multiplex, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business goals. Monica's HR career began at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar and has encompassed various roles, including Human Resources Manager at OTG Management and Human Resources Generalist at Aecon Group Inc. Monica holds a Master's Certificate in Adult Training and Development from Schulich School of Business, a Human Resources Management Certificate from Ryerson University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western University.
