Shir Koretski currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Allstacks since September 2024. Prior to this role, Shir held various positions at Sauce Labs from November 2017 to February 2024, including Senior Director of Customer Success & Implementation, where management of an Enterprise Customer Success team was undertaken, responsible for $30M in Annual Recurring Revenue. Shir has extensive experience in building Customer Success teams from the ground up, managing customer lifecycles in SMB and Mid-Market segments. Earlier roles include Customer Success Manager at WalkMeâ„¢, Professional Services Engineer and Data Analyst at SundaySky, showcasing a strong background in technical solutions and data analysis. Shir holds a degree in Industrial and Management Engineering, specializing in Management Information Systems and Services from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
