Matt Tepe serves as the Director of Allspring Global Investments, a role held since November 2021, where responsibilities include the development of separate account, private placement, and mutual fund investment solutions for a diverse clientele encompassing corporate, governmental, healthcare, and non-profit sectors. Tepe has been a member of the Board of Directors at the Cancer Support Community since 1997. Prior to joining Allspring, Tepe was the Director at Wells Fargo Asset Management from March 2000 until November 2021, focusing on similar investment solutions for various clients. Tepe's earlier experience includes positions as Vice President at Strong Capital Management and Key Corporate & Commercial Bank, as well as a Senior Project Manager at Fidelity Investments. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Xavier University and a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University.
