Rich Elmore currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Veradigm®, a position held since 2008. Previously, Rich worked at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services as the Coordinator for Standards & Interoperability from 2011 to 2012. Rich has extensive experience in the software and health IT sectors, having held senior roles at Systems & Software and IDX Systems, including Vice President of Product Development. Rich was also a founding member of the CCHIT Interoperability Workgroup. Earlier in Rich's career, between 1986 and 1997, Rich was the Vice President of Global Product Development at Sony. Rich holds a Master’s degree in Economics from The New School and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Social Sciences from Dartmouth College.
