Satyam Kumar is a Technical Support Engineer at Allot since April 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Technical Support Specialist at Nokia and Engineer at Alepo, where responsibilities included handling billing issues and debugging production problems. Prior experience as an Engineer in Intelligence Network Operations Support at Ericsson provided more than two years of expertise in operations support, back office support, and network optimization for the MTN Africa account. Satyam holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Galgotias University, as well as intermediate and matriculation qualifications from RKB Inter College and M D High School, respectively.
